A. Candidates

When applying for opportunities through HR Search Co, you agree that all information provided (e.g., résumé, work history, references) is accurate and up to date. You authorize HR Search Co to share relevant information with potential employers and to contact references where appropriate.

B. Clients

Clients agree to provide accurate information about open positions and to use candidate information solely for evaluation related to the engagement with HR Search Co. Candidate data may not be shared or used for other hiring activities without prior consent.

All content, design, logos, text, images, and materials available through HR Search Co are owned or licensed by HR Search Co and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use such materials without prior written permission.

You may view, download, and print limited copies of materials for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

Information shared between HR Search Co, clients, and candidates may be confidential. Each party agrees to protect the confidentiality of proprietary or personal information and use it only for the purpose intended.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
