Rick Denius founded the HR Search Co. in 2017. He spent twenty years working in Corporate Human Resources, serving as a leader of HR Business Partners in support of global corporate functions. Rick developed an expertise for organization design, ensuring the right work was being done by the right people, at the right level. He developed a knack for recognizing high potential HR talent among the masses. Rick recognized a need to provide meaningful support to those tasked with hiring HR leaders. He was determined to help HR teams receive their own high level of support, similar to what they were used to providing others, and this became the impetus for founding the HR Search Co.
As leader of the HR Search Co., Rick and his team of talent professionals focus on providing HR teams with easy access to top-notch HR leaders, who exude strong fit, readiness, and potential. The HR Search Co. prides itself on working across geographies and industries while ensuring that all the relevant aspects of a successful hire are in place to ensure a long-term placement.
On a personal level, Rick enjoys hiking, tennis, running 5K’s, and finding ways to better the lives of others. Rick’s mission in life is to be a part of the success of other people.
Angelique Denius provided C-suite level HR consulting, strategy, and leadership development support inside various Fortune companies during her twenty-year HR career. It was during her time in HR that she and Rick first crossed paths as colleagues in 2005. Angelique has a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, which fuels her passion for ensuring maximum effectiveness at both the individual and team levels. Throughout her career, she spent time directly working in every HR center of excellence. She also served as the HR consultant providing direct HR support to her HR peers and HR leadership teams across the organization. She deeply understands both the challenges as well as the opportunities HR professionals face, and the skills and competencies they need to demonstrate to be effective.
Recognizing a need for executive-style coaching for those in non-executive roles, she became a trained leadership coach certified through the esteemed Coaches Training Institute as well as the International Coaching Federation. Angelique possesses numerous certifications in various leadership assessment tools including those from Hogan, the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Leadership Circle Profile. Since 2017, she has been dedicated to providing assessment and coaching support to rising leaders in corporate. She enjoys working with HR leaders to help them successfully onboard into new organizations, teams, roles, and more expansive versions of themselves. Angelique’s mission is to ensure HR professionals have the support they need to thrive and effectively manage the many unique deliverables, relationships, and situations they must navigate as part of their everyday work.
